Group 1: BPO - Provides Transaction Processing Services for Banks, Insurance,
Utilities and Healthcare sector, specializing in Payment Processes, Billing and
Medical transcription.
Customers are from US and Western Europe.
One Offshore Delivery Center is at SP Infocity Ozone Park in Pune, 120 miles
from Mumbai in Western India. 2nd center is coming up in a Mumbai suburb.
Group 2: IT Solutions - Provides Payment Solutions to Banks and Utilities and is
a major player in the Check Processing & Remittance Solutions Space. Its
customers are fro India & APAC. It is expanding its reach in Africa, Middle East
and UK.
Group 3: Managed Assets - Provides Device Driven Solutions in Bill Payment,
Check Deposit and Transactions for Telecom, Power, Airlines, Banks and Insurance
Companies through its own Asset Base Deployed all over India. The Assets
comprise of Self Service Kiosks, Electronic Tax Pay Devices and similar
Terminals.
Its customers include major Telecom Service Providers, Banks and Local (State)
governments.
This Business is Presently India Focused.
FTL has its own Development Center in Mumbai, employees over a 100 qualified
Engineers and Software Specialists, and has a domain expertise in Banking and
Utilities of over 500 man years.
