The company was founded in the year 2001 as a political research organisation to bridge the information gap between perceived reality and true ground situations. Over the last five years, we have developed products and methodologies that not only suit the Indian political and social environment but are also helpful in bridging the information gap between development and politics.

We have since moved on in the research industry and are now offering strategic business research to some leading corporates that is shaping the future of these companies. From collecting primary data to drawing strategic business plans in various industries, the group developed long term relationships based on trust, integrity and knowledge value addition.



The organisation

Our people-first strategy has been the bedrock of our growth in the last five years. Being in an industry where trained human resource is the biggest asset, our effort has always been to give people a growth opportunities that help them discover their true potential.

Grounded firmly in ethics, our team-members are groomed to take responsibility and acquire domain knowledge in various fields. This helps the individual to grow and allows the company to acquire greater collective knowledge. This process of growth helps the client get more value for money from our research products & services.

From a fully trained field staff of 68 persons who have worked in almost all states of the country and in areas ranging from the most backward Bastar region of Chhattisgarh to the high-rises of ultra-upmarket South Mumbai. The filed research team is divided into various units, making them very effective both in the urban and rural areas of the country.

Our data management and analysis team has a total of 12 knowledge workers who are extensively trained on our propriety data and knowledge management software systems. The organisation also has a secondary research unit that collates information on various markets, social and political issues.

Above all, we are a flexible organisation that is based out of New Delhi and has affiliates in Ahmedabad, Ranchi, Raipur and Bangalore. Our core research team travels across the country to supervise primary data collection process while field investigators are recruited through our unique screening process.

* ConStrack: Tracks the popularity ratings of an individual MP or MLA in his/her constituency over a five year period and helps them identify areas that they need to work on, in order to get re-elected.

* Campaign track: Is India's most advanced campaign effectiveness analysis programme. Considering that a huge amount of money is spend in election campaigns in India, we track how effectively the political message is reaching the target audience. From election posters to issues highlighted through the print and electronic media, this research programme tracks the reach and impact of everything from election slogans to the speeches of the leaders.

* Pollstrack: Once notification is issued for an election and the election process gets underway, it acquires a life of its own. This programme tracks the changing political mood through a rolling sample methodology and studies the impact of issues that are influencing voting decisions of the electorate.

CRMS (Constituency Relationship Management System): As the name suggests, this software product enables MPs and MLAs to automate their office and keep track of complaints and requests made to the office. Backed with a complete database of voters from the constituency, this product helps them fulfill the aspirations of their voters. It also helps them make the best use of the MPLAD funds available to them for the development of their constituency.
