CRYSTAL SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS a Mumbai based company was formed in April 2003. We specialize in VB, SQL Server & Crystal Reports applications in a Client Server Windows environment.

The founder Mr. Jairaj K has around 20 years of IT experience, having worked with various cultures ranging from South Africa to Middle East and India.

FMCG industry experience as I. T. Manager was with a sole agency for B. A. T. (British American Tobacco   the world's largest cigarette wholesaler), Spinneys (a British Foods distributor having agencies like Nestle, Kraft, Rowntree, Pedigree etc) The founder was also software consultant to Ministry of Health - South Africa for Chris Hani Bera Hospital - Johanesburg (the largest hospital in the world) plus a lot of other international hospitals. In Mumbai the Finance systems at Hinduja Hospital were customized and implemented by Mr. Jairaj.

We have 4 products - ERP, Hospital management systems, Recruitment software and a Service Center Management Software.

We are a team of 7 professionals and some of our customers include Accrapac India Pvt Ltd (a contract manufacturer of Colgate, Axe, Fa, Santoor being some of their products), Della Tecnica, Lotus Hospital, Sarin Technologies (Mumbai), Sarin Technologies (Surat) (Implementation in progress), Negi Systems, Unique Diagnostics, OM Sai Hospital, Radium Inc, KNK Shipping, Inner Space, ITSource (currently Payroll implementation for 600 employees going on) etc.
